Welcome to DUB Marketing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dubmarketing.co (the "Site") and any services we provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
DUB Marketing provides video production, video editing, and paid media management services for businesses and creators. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between us and the client.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content without permission
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, video, and code — is owned by DUB Marketing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Video work appearing in our portfolio is shown with permission of, or pursuant to agreements with, the respective clients.
4. Communications & SMS
By providing your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry or engagement. If you opt in to SMS messaging — including by submitting our chat widget or checking an SMS consent box on a form — the following applies:
- You authorize DUB Marketing to send you text messages at the number you provide
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out
- Reply HELP for help
- Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing

5. Services
Submitting a contact form, chat message, or inquiry does not create a binding agreement for services. Engagements are formalized through a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, fees, and other terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Site may use or link to third-party services (e.g., video hosting on YouTube, scheduling tools, CRM, analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. No Affiliate or Lead-Sale Activity
DUB Marketing does not buy, sell, or trade leads, and does not participate in affiliate lead-sharing programs in connection with the Site. Information you submit is used only to communicate with you and provide services you request.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ANY RESULTS OR EXAMPLES SHOWN IN OUR PORTFOLIO OR CASE STUDIES ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF FUTURE RESULTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUB MARKETING AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability for paid engagements is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUB Marketing from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Juab County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
